We had a fantastic stay at this city center hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a coffee machine in the room and a restaurant with fresh and delicious food. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was welcoming and polite. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us easy access to the city center with its many restaurants and cafes, as well as to the Thracian tomb and Rose Museum, only a short distance away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and coffee shops. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. the bathroom was modern and had separate shower areas, which was a bonus. the hotel offered a parking lot and the restaurant served tasty food.

Finding a parking spot near the hotel was a bit of a challenge, as the hotel parking was not located on the premises.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues that detracted from my stay. Finding parking nearby was a bit of a hassle, and I would have appreciated some clearer guidance on where to park.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel had a prime location, right in the heart of the city, and all the facilities seemed to be brand new and well-maintained. the staff was really friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. Plus, they offered a free shuttle service to the nearby ski resort which we really enjoyed.

Our New Year's experience was ruined by the poor quality of the breakfast. the food was cold and not very appetizing.
